NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING 10/22/2024 at 6 PM on Zoom
NOTICE: The Molokai Heritage Trust’s Board of Directors will hold a Special Board Meeting on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at 6:00 PM on Zoom.
General purpose: The meeting’s purpose is to take actions necessary to set the date of the Annual Meeting and additional Quarterly Meetings, review upcoming deadlines, and identify priority items for the November 12 Board Meeting, and determine whether another meeting is necessary in the interim.

Opening pule
Call to order/ roll call
Setting the date of the Annual Meeting and additional Quarterly Meetings
Review of upcoming deadlines
November 21 is the deadline to propose election processes to Membership for approval at the Annual Meeting.
January 29 is the deadline for Officers to submit comprehensive policies and procedures that outline the duties, responsibilities, and operational guidelines for their positions.
January 29 is the deadline for the Board to adopt policies and procedures consistent with the Bylaws covering Conflicts of Interest.
Identify priority items for the November 12 Board Meeting
Voting Member feedback (may be opened to all Members at Board’s discretion)
Closing pule/oli
Because this is a Special Board Meeting the Board is limited to the topics identified above.
