  • ALL board meetings will be available for the community to watch LIVE or community members can request to view the recording. The community is encouraged to give the board written input/feedback on anything related to the discussions at the board meeting via the chat box, provided Google Forms or directly on any working document. These board meetings are meant to be working meetings where the board will work on various establishing documents that will be approved by the community at the community board meetings. No organizational decisions will be made at these meetings.

  • All community board meetings will be available for the community to attend and share input with the board. The board will propose organizational decisions that the community will be able to decide to hoʻomau OR holomua.

  • At the community board meetings the community will be able to decide if the Founding Board organizational documents are ready to be ratified(holomua) or if there are more edits/adjustments that still need to be made(hoʻomau). If the community decides to holomua then the board will continue the process as outlined below. If the community decides to hoʻomau then the entire process will shift back 2 weeks or 4 weeks, depending on the amount of edits that the IWB will have to address during the hoʻomau period. The hoʻomau period will continue until a holomua is received at a community board meeting.
