NOTICE: The Molokai Heritage Trust’s Board of Directors will hold a Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors on Thursday, August 29, 2024 at 7 PM on Zoom.
General purpose: The meeting’s purposes include: considering whether to appoint Advisory Directors, electing Officers of the Board, receiving an update from staff on assigned tasks, and any other business that the Board believes is ripe for discussion and decision.
Agenda:
Opening pule.
Staff report on assigned tasks.
Consider whether to appoint Advisory Directors and potentially appoint same.
Elect Officers of the Board of Directors.
Other business of the Board of Directors (if any).
Voting Member feedback (may be opened to all Members at Board’s discretion).
Closing pule/oli.
